1.      This is an exercise in experiencing the Fourth Dimension

 2.     Center.  Ground. Relax.  Set the mood any way you wish, using music, incense, sacred white sage, flowers,     candles, etc.)

3.     Take a deep breath and let it out.  Draw the Mahatma Symbol on your right palm with your left fingertips, and then on your left palm with your right fingertips.

4.     Bring your hands together in a Prayer Position.

5.     Chant “OHM RARA OHM MAHATMA OHM” 3 times and feel the energy of the Mahatma radiate throughout your entire Being. 

6.     Say (in your own words): “I call on those Essences from the Higher Dimensions whose energies resonate with my highest vibration to join me.  I call on the Ascended Masters and Angel who have contracted to work with me from the Fifth Dimension, and ask that all of you assist me in experiencing the Fourth Dimension.”

7.     Form a Heart with your hands by joining the fingernails of both hands and then joining the pads of your thumbs together. 

8.     Move your hands upward so that the “heart” is over your Third Eye and chant “OHM RARA OHM MAHATMA OHM.”

9.     Move your hands down so that the “heart” is resting over your Heart Center  and  chant “OHM RARA OHM MAHATMA OHM.”

10.  Once more, place your hands in Prayer Position and chant “OHM RARA OHM MAHATMA OHM.”

11.  Now . . . Close your eyes and relax.  Breath naturally through your nose and allow the tip of your tongue to touch the back of your front teeth.

12.   Envision a Golden White Shaft running through your entire body from below your feet all the way up and beyond your Crown Chakra. 

13.   Now, envision a flame in your Heart Center.  You may see this as an actual candle flame or as a glowing ball of energy.  You may even envision it as a specific form, such as a circle, heart, diamond or pyramid . . . Whatever seems appropriate to you will be right.  This is Your Highest Essence . . .

14.  Envision our Essence pulsating and radiating inside the Golden White Shaft.  You can feel the energy of your Divine Light filling your entire being, and it will seem as if you are becoming lighter and lighter.

15.  Focus on Your Essence.  When you are ready, envision Your Essence slowly raising up through the Golden White Shaft.  (Think of the Golden White Shaft as an elevator shaft, and Your Essence as the elevator car moving upward).  The higher you move up the Golden White Shaft, the lighter and brighter you will become.

16.  Envision this continuing all the way up through your Crown Chakra and continuing out through the roof of your home and out into the Universe.  As you do this there will come a point when you WILL realize that You ARE Your Essence and you ARE ascending upward, becoming lighter and brighter as you go higher and higher.

17.  After a while, imagine another Golden White Shaft leading out from your main shaft toward a large, golden door.  Above this shaft (and further up your main shaft) you will se an exquisite Silver-Blue Dome (This is the Energy of Nirih~Ashtar who is overseeing everything that is happening and there to help you, according to your Divine Will and Purpose.

18.  Once Your Essence reaches the branch Golden White Shaft, envision yourself moving into it and moving to the front of the Golden Door.  Notice what the door looks like.  Notice the large letters which spell out  “FOURTH DIMENSION”.  KNOW that as soon as you open the door, you WILL be moving into the Fourth Dimension.

19.  Take your time.  When you are ready, use your Throat Chakra to WILL the door to open.  When it does, be prepared for a flash of golden white light as you move through the  doorway.

Once you enter, you may be greeted by the Masters, Angels or Your Highest Dimensional Essences.   You may also meet others who are important to you at this time.  You may find yourself in a beautiful woods, or on a beach or out in the Galaxy.  Do not expect anything to look as it does in the Third Dimension, but if it does look like the Third Dimension, KNOW that this is okay, too.

 Notice how you feel once you cross the threshold.  Notice how peaceful and loving and calm you feel.  There is no fear here.  And, there is no time.  You can spend as much time as you wish, but we suggest that you do not make your first visit too long.  The idea is to get used to the vibrations and the energy.  You will have plenty of time to work in this dimension whenever you wish.

 When you are ready, thank ALL who were there, especially your Highest Dimensional Essences.  Express  your Love and Gratitude and use your Throat Chakra to Will yourself out through the door, along the branch Golden White Shaft, into the main Golden White Shaft and back down into your body.

 Once Your Essence is back in the Heart Center, place your hands in a cross over your heart center.  Be Still . . . and KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOD.  When you are ready, take a deep breath (in through your nose) and exhale out through your moth.  Open your eyes and return to the Third Dimension. You should feel the calm and peace of the Fourth Dimension for some time after this.
